How we work and what we won't promise
Our team of seven works in a single shared office in Murska Sobota, with two remote engineers based in Ljubljana. We release platform updates on a two-week cycle and maintain a public changelog so subscribers always know what changed and why. Every new feature goes through a two-week internal testing period before it reaches any live trading session, because a bug in a risk-control module is not a minor inconvenience — it's a financial risk. We do not offer managed accounts, portfolio management, or investment advice of any kind. The terminal executes the strategies you define; it does not suggest what to trade or when. Backtesting results shown on the platform are historical simulations — they do not predict future performance, and we phrase every report to make that explicit. Market risk, liquidity risk, and broker-side execution risk remain with the trader at all times. What we can control — data latency, system uptime, and the integrity of your risk-parameter enforcement — we take very seriously. Our 99.7% uptime figure is measured and published monthly, not estimated.
